This is an action for damages. Plaintiff's intestate was injured and died as the result of a collision between a car and a truck. The defendants are Thomas Nemer, owner and driver of the car; the owners of the truck, individually and as members of a firm; and the driver of the truck. Issues were made and trial was had.
