Plaintiff in error Sam D. Humphries, defendant below, was charged by information with the offense of unlawful possession of intoxicating liquor in the county court of Pottawatomie county, Oklahoma. The information alleged the offense was committed on March 25, 1949 on Kickapoo street in Shawnee.
