This suit involves the validity of an order of the Railroad Commission which cancelled a certificate it had granted to W. A. Querner to transport interstate commerce over the highways of this State between Houston and San Antonio, and vice versa. The certificate granted by the Railroad Commission authorized Querner to handle interestate commerce, but specifically prohibited him from handling intrastate commerce.
