This appeal brings before us for the second time the action for an accounting of profits derived from a partnership formed to raise turkeys during 1945 near Isanti, Minnesota. In the first trial, the court concluded that plaintiff had been overpaid in the sum of $198.50, and an appeal was taken from the order denying plaintiff's motion for a new trial.
