On August 16, 1945, Rose Delia Solari, a femme sole, leaving neither ascendants nor descendants, died at her domicile in New Orleans. She left real and personal property and a last will and testament reading as follows: "I leave all of which I die possessed to my sister, Charlesia Solari Cammack—and at her passing I wish my niece, Marguerite Cammack Brenchley, and my two grandnieces, Marguerite Peggy Brenchley Baldwin and Dorothy Mary Brenchley...
