This is an appeal from an order of the district court dismissing an appeal from an order of the probate court adjudging appellant guilty of a direct contempt of court.

On October 14, 1950, appellant was cited for and adjudged to be guilty of direct contempt of court by the probate court of Harvey County and was sentenced to confinement in the county jail "for a period of 30 days or until he is discharged...
