The government brings this action under Section 4 of the Sherman Anti-Trust Act, Ch. 647, Sec. 4, 26 Stats. 209, 15 U.S.C.A. § 4, charging that defendants conspired to, and did, create a monopoly in the manufacture of concrete block making machines in violation of Sections 1 and 2 of the Act, 15 U.S.C.A. §§ 1, 2.
