Appellant, Lena W. Jacoby (referred to as claimant), administratrix of the estate of her deceased husband, Arthur Jacoby, filed a claim in a bankruptcy reorganization proceeding wherein appellee was the debtor's trustee. The trustee moved to dismiss the claim because the court was without jurisdiction of the subject matter. The matter was referred to a special master who, after hearing, made his report and recommended that the claim be dismissed...
