BUSHNELL, J.

The parties were married on August 5, 1928, and lived together as husband and wife until April 30, 1947. A daughter was born in 1929 and a son in 1930.

On September 16, 1947, plaintiff Sarah M. Gordon filed a bill for separate maintenance; defendant answered and filed a cross bill for divorce. Pending trial, plaintiff received $80 per week as temporary alimony.

The property owned by the parties was determined by the friend of the court...
