This is an appeal in a trade-mark opposition proceeding from the decision of the Commissioner of Patents, 84 USPQ 486, affirming the decision of the Examiner of Interferences sustaining appellee's notice of opposition to appellant's application for registration of the notation "White Ox" as a trade-mark for use on work gloves, and holding that appellant was not entitled to register the mark under section 5 of the Trade-Mark Act of February 20, 1905...
