Earl S. Brumley, claimant, filed his first notice of injury and claim for compensation, stating that on the 8th day of September, 1949, while employed by National Well Service, he sustained an accidental injury to his back while carrying heavy pipe. An award was entered for temporary total disability and petitioners have brought this proceeding to review the award.
