This is a workmen's compensation suit wherein the plaintiff, W. Jeff Hammett, seeks compensation for total permanent disability. The case was previously before this court on an exception of prematurity which we sustained. See 36 So.2d 280. On a writ of certiorari to the Supreme Court, however, our decision was reversed.
