Three actions in trespass were brought by the alleged owners of three different tracts of land for alleged trespass against Kent Piling Company, Inc., W. D. Kent, and R. A. Kent, Jr., for cutting timber from an island in Tickfaw River in St. Helena Parish, Louisiana, lying between Sections 37 and 42, on the west, and Sections 33 and 41, on the east, in Township 3 South, Range 6 East. As the issues in each of said actions were the same they were consolidated...
