The five plaintiffs, who are children and heirs of Mrs. Laura Dauzat Juneau, deceased, brought this petitory action on April 12, 1949, to recover an undivided sixty-five one hundred fortieths interest in a tract of land in Avoyelles Parish, containing 65.50 acres, which is in the possession of the defendant, Guidry Laborde.
