This case is before the court on the exceptions filed by Marion E. Burke, Eleanor Catherine Burke Rowland and Sarah A. Burke to the opinion of Judge Klein, revoking letters testamentary granted by the Register of Wills of Philadelphia County on the ground that "decedent died a resident of Montgomery County".
