This is an appeal from a judgment and sentence of the county court of Payne county wherein the defendant, Ed Shiever, was sentenced to pay a fine of $100 and serve six months imprisonment in the county jail upon conviction for the crime of driving an automobile on the public highway while under the influence of intoxicating liquor.
