The trial court invalidated a charter adopted by defendant, Santa Clara County (Stats. 1949, Conc. & Joint Resol., ch. 156, p. 3294) pursuant to section 7 1/2 of article XI of the Constitution on the ground that the publication of the charter prior to the vote thereon was faulty.
