Defendant, an alien, appeals from a judgment upon the finding of guilty by a jury on all counts of an indictment charging that on six separate occasions he knowingly, wilfully and unlawfully falsely represented himself to be a citizen of the United States without having been naturalized or admitted to citizenship, or without otherwise being a citizen of the United States, whereas in truth and in fact he well knew that he was not a citizen...
