Whitelaw, sought to rezone a 70-acre tract of land on the east side of Zorn Avenue, approximately 320 feet south of Mellwood Avenue, lying in Jefferson county to the east of the city of Louisville, from an "A-1 Family Residence District" to a "B-3 Multi-Family Residence District."
