This is an action for property damages arising from a collision between a truck belonging to plaintiff and a Mercury sedan belonging to defendant Maricelli. The accident occurred on June 14, 1949, at about 9:00 A.M., on U. S. Highway 90, inside the corporate limits of Rayne, Acadia Parish, Louisiana.
