This is a suit instituted by W. R. Moore, as plaintiff, against the Commissioners Court of McCulloch County, Parker Pumphrey and three other individuals, and the Gulf, Colorado & Santa Fe Railway Company, as defendants, filed on March 10, 1950, and involves the authority of the Commissioners Court of McCulloch County to close a portion of the old Brady-Brown-wood Public Road.
