This was an action to enjoin the defendant, The Franklin County Farm Bureau, and the Director of Extension Service of the Kansas State College of Agriculture and Applied Science of Manhattan, from making payments to the Kansas Farm Bureau, Inc., and to enjoin the Board of County Commissioners of Franklin County from making a tax levy for the Franklin County Farm Bureau until such time as the other defendants...
