This is an action to recover damages for personal injuries suffered by the plaintiff while engaged in the furtherance of his employment for the Post Office Department of the United States Government on the premises of the defendant. The case was administered by jury trial and verdict returned in favor of the defendant. Motion for new trial has been filed by the plaintiff.
