Pleas S. Walls, who will hereinafter be referred to as defendant, was charged by information filed in the county court of LeFlore county with the offense of transportation of intoxicating liquor; was tried before a jury, convicted, and punishment was fixed at 30 days in the county jail and a fine of $250. Appeal has been duly perfected to this court.
