Defendant appeals from a judgment in the amount of $4,500 entered in Hudson County Court in plaintiff's favor upon a jury verdict originally for $6,500 but reduced, and as reduced accepted by plaintiff, when the trial court, on defendant's motion for a new trial sought on all issues on the grounds the verdict was against the weight of the evidence and excessive, ordered a new trial
