JONES, J.

The defendant, J.E. Jones, alias Joe Bud Jones, was charged by an information filed in the county court of Stephens county with the offense of illegal possession of intoxicating liquor; was tried; convicted; and sentenced to serve 60 days in the county jail and pay a fine of $250; and has appealed.
