The above-captioned proceeding is the petition of Norwalk Truck Line Company for a certiorari to the board of adjustment, under the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Pittsburgh, to review the decision of that board which, on August 17, 1950, granted a protest and gave directions to the bureau of building inspection in the following language:

"Resolved, that the Bureau of Building Inspection be and is hereby requested to order the...
