A jury having convicted him of violating Code 1940, Supp. VII, 23-3204, by carrying a gun without a license, Robert Bussie brings this appeal.

Challenging the sufficiency of the government's evidence, he specifically asserts that the prosecution did not properly prove that he did not have a license to carry a gun. The evidence against which he directs his attack was that of a lieutenant of the Metropolitan Police Department who testified...
