This is a bill in equity, filed April 3, 1950, alleging that the plaintiff is a judgment creditor of the defendant, that the defendant owned land and buildings in Boston which the Commonwealth has taken by eminent domain and for which it has agreed to pay $43,750, that the defendant does not intend to pay him and other creditors, and that she has no other money with which to satisfy him and other creditors.
