This action in equity for injunction and equitable relief comes before this court as an appeal on questions of law and fact from a judgment rendered by the Common Pleas Court of Columbiana County against the defendants, James Duffy, Charles Jordan and the National Brotherhood of Operative Potters, permanently enjoining said defendants from enforcing certain penalties imposed upon the plaintiffs individually as punishment for alleged violation of the union...
