Mrs. M. L. Snelling, the widow of M. L. Snelling, filed with the State Board of Workmen's Compensation her claim for compensation for the death of her husband, who was employed by the State Department of Revenue at the time of his death. After a hearing, which was continued to take additional testimony, she was awarded compensation by the hearing director, and, on appeal, the award was affirmed by the Superior
