This action was brought by the plaintiff, Margery Knapp, administratrix of the estate of Lloyd Knapp, deceased, against L.M. Gage and the First National Bank & Trust Company of Oklahoma City, to recover the sum of $25,000, theretofore placed in an escrow account carried in said bank pursuant to a contract theretofore entered into between L.M., or Lois M.
