This is a suit for damages instituted by Anatole Duet against the defendants, Clodomire Terrebonne and Cleophas "Clifford" Duet, for personal injuries sustained by the plaintiff when he was struck by a truck owned by Clodomire Terrebonne and being operated by his employee, the defendant Cleophas "Clifford" Duet, in the course of his employment. The accident occurred on January 15, 1949, at about 8:30 A.M. on Louisiana Highway No. 622 in the community...
