Plaintiff brought suit against Millbourne Business Agency, a Pennsylvania corporation, whose title was amended to Millbourne, Inc., and Bruce G. McLaughlin and Phyllis McLaughlin, his wife, who owned the stock of the corporation, to recover wages, claimed by plaintiff to be due him under a written contract of employment.
The jury rendered a verdict in favor of plaintiff and the case is now before the court en banc, upon defendants...
