This is an appeal by the former husband of plaintiff from an order refusing to modify the provisions of an interlocutory decree of divorce between the parties relating to alimony accruing after the remarriage of plaintiff.

Facts: On the 8th day of May, 1946, an interlocutory decree of divorce was entered. Said decree incorporated by reference and partly in haec verba a property settlement agreement executed by the parties May 7, 1946...
