This is a suit for damages resulting when an automobile belonging to plaintiff was run into and damaged by an automobile owned and driven by R. O. LaSalle. Defendant, Hartford Accident and Indemnity Co. is the liability insurer of LaSalle; LaSalle was not made a party herein. From judgment in favor of plaintiff, defendant brings this suspensive appeal.
