Vance Lewis, age 10, was injured when an automobile in which he was riding and which was being driven by Cecil Fannin, Jr., turned over on a gravel highway just out of Sandy Hook. The court directed the jury to find for the boy and they returned a verdict of $3,000 in his favor.
