This is an action for damages for personal injuries. Plaintiff recovered a verdict and judgment in the sum of $4,500 and defendants appeal.

In 1949 and prior thereto defendants operated the Lake Contrary Amusement Park in Buchanan County, Missouri. As a part of the Amusement Park and as one of the amusement devices was what is referred to in the evidence as an "airplane ride." These "airplanes" were attached to heavy wire cables...
