Plaintiffs are husband and wife, as are the defendants. Defendants are engaged in farming in Benton county, this state. During the summer of 1947, they decided to go into the feed and mill business in addition to their farming operations, and with that purpose in mind purchased an acre of land at Morrill, in Morrison county, about two miles from the place where they lived.
