The plaintiff, Mrs. Jewel Wilson, sued the Oklahoma Railway Company, a corporation and common carrier for hire, and B.D. Roberts, its agent and employee, for damages for personal injuries. We shall refer to the parties as plaintiff and defendants, as they appeared in the trial court.
