The appellant was charged in the city court of Marion, Indiana, with the offense of unlawfully peeping into an occupied residence. Burns' 1942 Replacement, § 10-4910-12. On September 18, 1950, he was tried and found guilty as charged. He appealed to the Grant circuit court, and the transcript of the proceedings in the city court was duly filed in the Grant circuit court.
