HAYS, Justice.

This is will contest in which there was verdict, and judgment, for the contestant on the issue of mental incompentency of the testator, I. A. Guinn. Proponent has appealed. Three propositions are submitted as error constituting grounds for a reversal. (1) Insufficiency of the evidence to warrant submission to the jury; (2) Error in the reception of opinions of mental condition, by nonexpert witnesses, and, (3) Incorrect instructions.
