This is an appeal in a mechanic's lien foreclosure action from an order which grants the motion of the plaintiff to amend the notice of mechanic's lien nunc pro tunc and denies defendants' motion to dismiss plaintiff's lien made at the close of the plaintiff's case upon the ground that the lien is defective in that it is not verified as required by subdivision 7 of section 9 of the Lien Law.
