Jacoby, was admitted to the practice of naturopathy in South Carolina on July 15, 1944, after taking an examination required by the South Carolina State Board of Naturopathic Examiners, and continued in active practice until December 1, 1948, when he was served with a rule to show cause why his license to practice naturopathy should not be revoked.
