PER CURIAM.

This is an appeal from an order of the Hudson County Court denying an application of the appellant, Irven Joseph, one of the executors of the estate of the deceased, to correct a judgment previously entered so as to make allowance to him for attorney's fees. The appeal, taken to the Appellate Division of the Superior Court, has been certified here on our own motion.
