This is an appeal from the decision of the Cape Girardeau Court of Common Pleas disallowing a claim against the estate of Glyn W. Hartle, deceased.

The claimants are Cressie Wright, a former wife of the deceased, and John Wright, her present husband. The claim, which was for the sum of $6,650, was for the reasonable value of necessaries furnished by claimants to a minor child, Glenna Faye Hartle, who had been born of the marriage of Cressie...
