This appeal is from a judgment against appellant in the amount of $60,000 in a suit claiming damages for slander and false imprisonment.

Much of appellant's argument here has been given over to factual contentions. The district judge in an opinion denying a motion for a new trial outlined the testimony supporting the verdict, 92 F.Supp. 750, and there is no occasion for our going over the same ground...
