The defendants, Al Holland and Howard Barbee, were charged in the county court of Comanche county with the unlawful transportation of intoxicaing liquor; a jury was waived, at the trial the court found each of the defendants guilty and sentenced them to serve 90 days in the county jail and pay a fine of $500.
