Defendant was charged with violation of section 1013(a) of The Vehicle Code of May 1, 1929, P.L. 905, 75 PS § 573, in that he did not yield the right of way at an intersection when another car was approaching from his right. Defendant waived a hearing and the matter was heard by the writer of this opinion on December 15, 1950, as a result of which defendant was found guilty as charged...
