This case involves the validity of a resolution of the Council of the City of Cheyenne vacating a portion of an alley in Block 404 of the City of Cheyenne. The defendants filed a demurrer to the second amended petition on the ground, among others, that it did not state facts sufficient to constitute a cause of action.
